Steps to Fund Your Project Successfully

STEP 1

NDA Signed and

Intake Form Submitted

The broker/consultant/client will sign a mutual NDNCA before the package is submitted to the lender(s) for review. Our Fee Agreements do not contain any exclusivity language until a term sheet is signed. Upon Funding, fees ranging from 1% to 5% (depending on complexity, time, strength of file, etc.) will be charged to client and transferred to escrow.

STEP 2

Lender Review
Pre-Underwriting

The loan package is prepared and submitted to the lender for review. The lenders will review and pre-underwrite the file to gauge initial interest in the project. Please be prepared to provide additional information if requested. Be patient during this phase of the process, it can take up to two weeks for the lender(s) to conduct their initial due diligence process.

STEP 3

If Interested Lender Requests a Meeting

If a lender(s) is interested in moving forward they will request a meeting with the key principals involved in the project. An initial meeting is often a part of the process so please understand that this evaluation process will be extended to accommodate this part of the process.

STEP 4

Agreement Reached
Term Sheet - LOI Issued

Once the lender(s) and client decide to move forward, the lender will continue their due diligence process. Be prepared to provide any additional information requested. Once the file is underwritten, the lender(s) will issue a Term Sheet and LOI for the client to review and execute. Once approved and signed by both parties, you will be moving towards closing the transaction.
